Distance selling is selling goods by mail order, online or by phone or text message. If you make a purchase from us at
Aquasport Wetsuits there are certain rules that we must follow, including extra rules if we are selling goods or services online.
Providing information before an order takes place
Before selling to you as a customer at a distance (including online), we must provide you with certain information.
This includes:

Our business name, contact details, and address

A description of your goods (for example, the sizes and warranty)

The total price, including how to pay

Delivery arrangements, costs, and how long goods will take to arrive

How you can cancel, any cancellation costs they may incur, and when they lose the right to cancel
We will provide this information in an easy-to-understand format that can be kept by you the consumer, eg an email or printed document.
Right to cancel
You the customer have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the order is delivered. They don't need to give a reason for canceling, with the exception to special orders that are agreed with you, the customer upon placing the order.
Providing information after an order is placed
There are some additional rules that apply when distance selling takes place online.
To place an order, click the buy it now button after selecting the correct size required, if you make a purchase and have it delivered, you are responsible for return postage if you change your mind or have selected the wrong size. In the unlikely event we have supplied the wrong item we will cover postage to return the item and will also cover the shipping of the correct size required.
If you change your mind and require a refund, you have 14 days to decide and you can return your item for a full refund minus postage charges.
