For purchases via our shop or online - you have 14 days from the purchase date to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange, as long as the returned items are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. and have not been used other than for fitting only. You are responsible to cover the cost of the returns, with exception to us dispataching the wrong item / size.

We aim to  dispatch your purchase within 1 working day of placing an order online and we try  where possible to use a 48hour delivery 

We also have a click and collect service from our shop. and acn offer a local delivery service, if required.
